SHIPPING & RETURNS.
All domestic orders are shipped through the following courier services: USPS, FEDEX or UPS. All international orders are shipped through the following courier services: DHL or FEDEX.
Please calculate 5 business days for us to process your standard order for shipment and 7-10 business days for custom orders, in addition to the indicated timings for your preferred shipping method.
Orders are processed and delivered from Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we cannot expedite shipping times or be held responsible for unanticipated shipping delays such as customs clearance procedures.

We require each shipment to be signed upon delivery for acceptance. Please make sure you are available to accept your package once you have been notified of the delivery date.
We provide free standard delivery on all orders over $300. Please note that this discount code is automatically applied to your order when you checkout.
A email notifying you of your shipment, containing the Tracking Number that is assigned to your package, will be sent to you immediately after your purchase has been shipped. If you have a registered account, you may view the status of your order and track your order online. Visit theylolabel.com and sign into your account. Select your orders on the menu and select to track your most recent order. Please allow up to 24 hours from when your order is shipped for your Tracking Number to be activated.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS.
All returns of merchandise purchased on The YLO Label. must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Your merchandise must comply with the following conditions before you request your return:
- Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered merchandise cannot be accepted.
- All tags must be attached, and packaging (dust bags) must be included in the original shipping box provided.
- Merchandise must be returned from the same shipping country it was purchased from.
Please note that if merchandise is returned in unsalable condition, we cannot accept your return or issue a refund. We will proceed to ship your product back to you at your own cost.
Please note that customized & personalized merchandise cannot be returned or cancelled once your order is place, due to the special nature of the custom and made-to-order process. For additional information, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your purchase.
If your order meets the ’Terms & Conditions for Returns’, please complete the next steps:
- Email us at email@example.com to request a return.
- Repackage your merchandise in the original shipping box. Please ensure that all packaging is included, and the return package is securely sealed.
- Cover or remove any mailing address labels or carrier barcodes previously on the shipping box.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label provided to you by email to the outside of the return package.
- Drop your package off at a location of the courier service specified. Please be sure to note the tracking number provided for your reference.
Please note that should you choose to use an alternative courier service to mail your return, all costs associated will be at your own expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you that your return has been approved.
Refunds will be processed and automatically be credited to your original method of payment, in the same currency as your purchase.
Please note that due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rates, the total refunded amount may vary slightly from the original amount paid.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for your total refund to be processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If you wish to change your merchandise due to size, color or style preference, you can do so within 14 days of the delivery date of your original order.
Please follow the return guidelines provided and place a new order on The YLO Label and allow 10-15 days from the shipping date of your return, for your exchange to be processed.
Please note that due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee that the particular size, color or style you ordered will be available, as most of our merchandise is made in one-off quantities.
